Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of older patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to older patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and caregivers to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in CBT and geriatric mental health care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
