- Staff Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise up to 12-14 designers and engineers, mentoring junior staff and leading the development of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- MEP Coordination: Co-lead coordination efforts between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low voltage systems to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
- Mechanical System Design: Develop and manage design and construction documents, including flow diagrams, plans and sections, specifications, equipment schedules, and calculations using REVIT.
- Equipment Specification: Size and specify mechanical equipment (air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, etc.) for projects involving high-occupancy buildings.
- Field Investigations & Feasibility Studies: Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and field investigations, producing reports and ensuring that designs align with client requirements and regulations.
- Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project drawings, engineering reports, and system specifications.
