Are you passionate about making a difference in mental health? We're looking for a clinician like you to join our team at an early-stage startup. You'll have the opportunity to implement effective treatment plans for clients in individual, children, couple, or family settings, based on your expertise and preference.
Position Details:
Salary: Starting at $45 per hour, with potential for significant earnings based on caseloads.
Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility of remote and in-office work. Part-time to full-time hours (15 - 40 hours per week) allow you to build your own schedule!
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
Counsel and advise clients using evidence-based interventions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals and milestones.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic healthcare platforms.
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
Assist with personalized marketing and necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC).
Graduate degree from an accredited university.
Willingness to undergo a background check.
Licensed to practice in California.
3+ years of direct clinical experience, including at least 1 year post licensure providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, and families.
Proficiency with technology and interest in integrating it into clinical care.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Passionate about mental health and client-centered care.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
Ability to build strong rapport with clients.
