Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Wanted (Full-Time)

We are on the lookout for a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals committed to delivering exceptional mental health care to clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Core Duties:

• Conduct confidential counseling for individuals managing chronic pain and its emotional impacts.
• Design and execute tailored treatment plans for diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Adapt support approaches based on client preferences and goals.

Earnings: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, inclusive of benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Licensed as an LMFT in California.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under challenging circumstances.
• Prior experience (2+ years) is a plus.
