Job Details
Requirements:
- Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor Licensure
- 7+ years experience with Land Surveying
- Experience with Robotic Total Station, RTK GPS, Trimble Access Data Collectors, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of Civil 3D, Total Station, Carlson, Microstation
- Experience with Boundary / Topo, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, right of way acquisitions
Day-to-day:
- Lead and manage teams to prepare survey descriptions and plats for boundary surveys, subdivisions, right-of-way, or easements
- Work with clients and establish and maintain good relationships
- Post-processing of all field data (static, RTK, VRS, and Total Station) and creation of technical reports / documents
- Process topographic surveys / control surveys into AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Schedule field staff and communicate / coordinate with Project Managers and other offices
