We're seeking Residential Service - Plumbing technicians to provide expert solutions to residential customers across the Merrimack Valley. Your daily routine will include diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems and products.
• Build strong customer relationships
• Complete all general plumbing service calls.
• Get plumbing systems flowing again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions.
• Meet (or exceed) revenue goals with expert service.
• Build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried

• Organized with good follow-through
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Integrity is your middle name, and you have a knack for building strong customer connections.
• A reliable solo worker who can also excel in team environments

Qualifications

• Plumbing license
• Customer service skills
• Skilled in repairing, installing, and diagnosing plumbing systems and products
• Clean driving record
