_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $43 -_ _$43_ _/ hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
+ Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30 am 40 hour weeks
+ Ground up construction of multiphase apartment building
+ Currently in roughing stage pulling wires.
Qualifications:
+ Current/Active Connecticut Journeyman Licensed Electrician
+ OSHA within the last 5 Years Certification or a willingness to obtain it
+ Perform tests and use the results to diagnose problems , for example, when an outlet is not working, using a multi-meter to check the voltage, amperage, or resistance to resolve the appropriate course of action
+ References that will verify your professional skills and experience
+ Measuring, cutting, and bending wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
+ Performing semiskilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment
+ Following state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
+ Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
+ Prior experience using standard hand tools for E2 included but not limited to Cutters, Volt Meter, Cordless Screw Driver required
+ Position may require a drug screen
