Responsibilities
Client Management: Successfully manage a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
Policy Support: Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage questions, and claims assistance, ensuring their needs are addressed accurately and efficiently.
Renewal Coordination: Proactively manage policy renewals, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with clients to maintain strong business relationships.
Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and policy records in our system.
Requirements
Active Insurance License: Must hold a valid insurance license, preferably in property and casualty.
Customer Service Experience: Prior commercial lines insurance experience.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in policy documentation and client information.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
