Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide expert advice.

Sales Process: Effectively manage the sales process, from initial contact to policy enrollment.

Policies Analysis: Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.

Client Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Licensing: Must hold a valid Indiana State insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance or a related industry, is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and convey information.

Organization Skills: The ability to create and maintain a process to follow up with customers daily.
