Hill Agency & Associates of American Family Insurance is looking for a positive, motivated individual to join their championship team as a full time Family Risk Advisor in the Creve Coeur / Maryland Heights, MO.

Salary Range: $42500.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
The primary role of this position is to generate leads for insurance and help new clients protect what matters most to them.
- Helps the Agency grow by using consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers (Auto, Home, Business, Life).
- Proactively cross sells and or coordinates with agency team members to provide additional, appropriate coverage to existing customers.
- Prospects for new business through leads, calls, networking events, and professional contacts (Includes leads through COI, social media, B2B and B2C networks, and sales lead groups).
- Secures new business through individual effort and established lead methods.
- Prepares proposals and delivers effective presentations in order to close sales.
- Meets and exceeds sales goals
Requirements
- A successful candidate must have their property & casualty insurance licenses prior to start. Life license is required 90 days from original hire date.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Successful sales background.
