Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

- Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license required
- Life & Health license preferred but not required
- Bilingual preferred but not required
License Requirement:
Must have an Active Property and Casualty license in one of these three states prior to start date: California, Arizona & Oregon. Must be willing to obtain license in all three: CA, AZ and OR. The process is very easy, doesn’t require an exam and we’d be willing to reimburse for fees after the 90 day probation.
Remote work is a consideration. Prefer to work in the office but willing to consider remote in AZ & OR if licensed in those states.
