Client Consultation: Assist clients in assessing their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients, address inquiries, and provide solutions.Policy Customization: Tailor insurance plans to meet the unique requirements of each client.Cross-selling: Recognize opportunities to enhance client coverage by recommending additional policies.Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to offer informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold a valid Virginia Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is an advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing policy information and client data.
