We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is ready to make a significant impact. Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $15-$20 plus commission and bonus opportunities, with potential annual earnings between $70,000 and $115,000.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, texts, and emails to generate leads.
- Provide personalized risk assessments and management strategies for prospects.
- Respond to inbound calls, addressing inquiries and delivering exceptional service.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while adhering to compliance standards.
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty License (Personal Lines Licensing preferred).
- Bilingual skills are a plus and include a pay differential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technology.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and proactive mindset.
- Bachelors degree preferred, but equivalent experience is valued.
