Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Policy Management: Assist clients in managing their existing insurance policies, ensuring they meet their evolving needs.
New Business Development: Proactively seek opportunities to generate new leads and expand the client base.
Quoting and Closing: Facilitate the quoting process for clients and effectively close sales to meet company targets.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products to provide clients with the best options available.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are performed in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Orientation: Demonstrate a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues and providing suitable solutions efficiently.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems is desirable.
