Salary Range: $61400.00 - $113000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals, develop new business, and cross-sell additional coverage to existing clients.
• Provide and maintain positive customer experiences.
• Actively train and improve product knowledge in order to provide clients with current, relevant advice.
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and agency policies.

• Must have active P&C Insurance Producers License.
• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Work well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
