Are you newly licensed and looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $24,000 - and first-year commissions are expected to be around $20,000.00(+/-)
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $30,000 and our top earners made $35,000(+/-) in commission last year.
Hybrid scheduling opportunity based on experience and production. If you have the skillset to meet your monthly metrics, than we need to talk!
Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Policy Customization: Develop and propose insurance policies that align with each client's individual needs.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering complementary products or services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty and referrals to the agency.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and updates to provide well-informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Licensing Certification: Active Georgia Property & Casualty License preferred.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related insurance field is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer-Centric: A commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptability: Capable of maintaining productivity and teamwork in a hybrid remote work environment.
- Team-oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
