We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and servicing a variety of insurance products while providing exceptional customer service. This is a remote position offering a base salary of $15.00 hr with additional opportunities for commission and bonuses based on performance. Responsibilities
- Quote, sell, and bind insurance policies, including home, auto, motorcycle, boat, RV, and more.
- Endorse, fix, and update policies for clients, mortgage companies, and other stakeholders.
- Identify coverage gaps and opportunities for cross-selling to maximize client protection.
- Handle client inquiries via calls, texts, and emails, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Conduct policy reviews, renewals, and re-shops to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Research and resolve policy issues, client questions, and coverage concerns as they arise.
- Deliver policy documents to clients and ensure accurate entry into the Agency Management System (AMS).
Requirements
- License: Candidate must have an active Property & Casualty License with ongoing CE requirements every two years.
- Experience in cold calling and setting appointments.
- College education or equivalent insurance experience.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
- Proficiency in using computer programs necessary for the job, including technical products and applications.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to foster networks, centers of influence, and connections to generate new business leads.
