Responsibilities
- Grow the agencys Policies in Force by acquiring new clients.
- Sell Property and Casualty insurance products to prospective customers.
- Make outbound sales calls to leads provided by the agency.
- Cross-sell additional policies to current policyholders.
- Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Candidate Must Have an Active Illinois Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively discuss insurance products and handle objections.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage sales calls, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
