Salary Range: $41000.00 - $53760.00 per year

- Active Alabama Property & Casualty Insurance License

- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations

- Ability to work in a non-remote setting and maintain productivity

- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach

- Familiarity with insurance industry practices and regulations
