We provide leads for you! You won't have to find your own, however bringing in your own leads is a plus! We also offer our hourly pay plus a tiered commission structure giving you the opportunity to make uncapped commission.
Salary Range: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business from leads provided
- Client Engagement: Interact closely with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer personalized guidance.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Sales Support: Assist clients with policy selection, modifications, and claims processing.
- Client Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct needs - based customer policy reviews and update coverage
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Achieve weekly and monthly goals
Requirements
- Licensing: Possessing an active insurance license is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to group dynamics.
- Professionalism: Present a polished and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
- Bilingual not required but is a plus
