Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Monday - Thursday (8am - 5pm) Work Schedule

Responsibilities
- Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
- Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Conduct follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing towards sales closure.
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
Requirements
- Candidate must have an active Texas Property and Casualty License with previous Insurance experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
- Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Must be able to consistently maintain thorough and accurate documentation through detailed notes following each interaction.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
- Proficiently utilize insurance software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other industry-specific technology to enhance client interactions and streamline workflow processes.
