Salary Range: $37000.00 - $39000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy-related questions, changes, and updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Claim Processing: Guide clients through the claims process, offering support and assistance to expedite resolution.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and updated client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Client Education: Educate clients on insurance options, coverage details, and best practices for maximizing their benefits.

Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license, preferably in Kansas.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focus: A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately document and process client information.
