In-office position. Flexible hours/schedule options available after training.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Educate and advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity, shop renewals, handle their objections, and schedule appointments.
• Process policy change requests, take premium payments, and update customer information.
• Issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Florida Resident Customer Representative License (4-40). Licensing assistance is available for the right person. Willing to train!
• Prior insurance experience BONUS
• Proficient typing skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, problem solve, and be detail-oriented.
