Salary Range: $35000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
• Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
• Conduct follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing towards sales closure.
• Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.

• An active Ohio Property and Casualty License is required. A commercial license is a bonus.
• Must have 2+ years in the insurance industry with experience in Personal Lines.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative by proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses while having a friendly/positive impression.
• Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
