About the Job
The Harry Levine Insurance Team is focused on providing a proper, efficient, and painless insurance experience to its family of clients. The HLI PI Customer Service Rep is dedicated to ensuring that routine policy changes, payments, and insurance company requests are executed on-time and followed-up on as needed. HLI staff work as a team, with the CSR/service support team working closely with agents/account managers to take care of our clientele. While HLI is a professional business, it is also a place where team members spend the majority of their day. Salary Range: $35000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Personal Insurance CSR responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Taking payments
- Making vehicle changes to existing policies
- Making driver changes to existing policies
- Making mortgagee changes to existing policies
- Following-up on insurance company requests for further information on existing policies
- Reaching out to insureds as needed for underwriting information as needed
- Researching and responding to client questions about their policies
Requirements
Requirements for the position are:
- Florida 440 or 2044 Insurance License
- 1 or more years insurance agency experience in Florida
