Base salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year based on experience.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Develop insurance quotes
• Providing insurance leads (Life) to the agency owner from the existing book of business
• Setting appointments for the agency owner
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Previous Agency Experience
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
