Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately.

Policy Support: Process policy changes, updates, and service requests efficiently to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.

Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout their interactions with the agency.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support a collaborative and supportive work environment focused on achieving shared goals and delivering exceptional service.

Licensing: Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License is required.

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
