Responsibilities
- Answer phones with the utmost attention and professionalism, treating every call as the most important of the day.
- Communicate with policyholders via phone, text, and email, always ensuring top-notch service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders and their families.
- Complete administrative and agency tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Schedule appointments for policyholders and manage calendars.
- Handwrite thoughtful cards to policyholders, showing our appreciation and commitment.
- Assist policyholders with all of their needs, consistently exceeding their expectations.
Requirements
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License.
- Positive, empathetic attitude with a personable approach.

- Coachable, driven, and motivated to grow within a high-performance team environment.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
