• Resolve service alerts and notifications by proactively reaching out to customers.
• Conduct conversations with current customers to identify and uncover potential sales opportunities.
• Support the team in marketing efforts and agency initiatives to drive growth.
• Assist with agency tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Willingness to learn and develop insurance underwriting skills with a focus on Farmers Insurance products.
• No previous experience is required.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Wisconsin Insurance License (licensing assistance available).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
