Responsibilities
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
- Use your savvy skills to educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in cross-selling and rounding out accounts, taking payments, and shopping renewals.
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to assist with policy changes.
Requirements
- An Active Property & Casualty License is Required.
- 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience is Required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- A team player who is able to build rapport and has professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
