Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered is full time in our office.. Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.

Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products
- Generate insurance quotes
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
Requirements
- You must currently possess a Property and Casualty license to start.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player.
- Knowledge of Applied EPIC management System is a bonus.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Fluent in Japanese is a bonus.
