Licensed Insurance Account Manager - Greg Sherlock - State Farm Agency

Greg Sherlock - State Farm Agency, located in The Woodlands, TX has an immediate opening for a Licensed Insurance Account Manager. State Farm experience is preferred.

3. Able to commute to our office location in The Woodlands, TX (this is an in-office position).

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements

• State Farm experience is preferred
• Property and Casualty insurance license
• Life and Health insurance
  
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
