Salary Range: $47500.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound sales calls.
- Acquire 7 households or write a minimum of $16,000in P&C premium per month.
- Shop 3 renewals a day, cross-sell for life insurance and assist with policy changes.
- Issue insurance documentation and assist with payments.
- Answer client questions, problem-solve, and follow up.
- Educate and advise clients.
- Able to follow Agency processes.
- Participate in all agency training.
Requirements
- A property & Casualty License is required.
- 3+ years of Insurance experience required.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- A team player who is a critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver.
