HVAC Residential Technician

Location: Office is in Cold Spring but territory is Northern Kentucky and Hamilton County in Ohio

Job Description:

As an HVAC Residential Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing heating and cooling systems in residential homes and commercial properties. Your duties will include:

• Installing, testing, and configuring new HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)
• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system problems
• Repairing or replacing faulty components
• Providing excellent customer service and educating clients on system care and maintenance
• Maintaining accurate records of all work performed

Qualifications:

• Journeyman HVAC license (required for Kentucky work)
• EPA certification
• Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
