Responsibilities: 

• Primary responsibilities will be to connect electrical power to HVAC replacement and new installation jobs
• Thermostat wiring
• Install, repair and maintain electrical systems and components for residential and light commercial applications.
• Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout of electrical and materials
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system components to resolve electrical issues
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet code requirements
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Prepare materials for projects
• Install electrical service and panels with a helper/Team

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Massachusetts Electrical License preferred
• Proficient in residential electrical services and building codes
• 3 - 4 years’ electrical experience
• Ability to work 6:30am to 5pm Monday Thru Friday with occasional optional overtime
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time during the regular work day; use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects; lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds; climb up and down ladders, work at high heights, scaffolds and  other climbing devices; carry tools and equipment; work while in stooped, kneeling, crouched, and crawling positions; be able to see naturally or with correction, to safely perform designated tasks.
• Willing to perform assigned tasks under all types of environmental and weather
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and with minimal direction/oversight
• Ability to multitask deadlines with frequent interruptions
