About the Job:

Nandail Property Management is seeking an experienced Licensed Electrician (Master or Journeyman) to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and electrical panels
• Respond to electrical service requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Manage multiple electrical projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Electrician credentials (Master or Journeyman)
• Willing to travel around 50 miles radius from home location.
• Proven experience with electrical systems, installations, and repairs
• Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and troubleshoot effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
