Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Electrician to join our team on a full-time, part-time, retired, or project basis. We are very open to having an individual in the position that would work with their lifestyle desires.  As a Licensed Electrician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. You will work closely with our project managers and other team members to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.  

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national codes

- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions

- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout and wiring of electrical systems

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of electrical systems

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to plan and execute electrical projects

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

- Valid electrician's license in the state of Minnesota or Wisconsin.  

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed electrician

- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

- Experience with a variety of electrical systems and equipment

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work flexible hours

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
