• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
• Interpret and execute electrical plans and blueprints in compliance with NEC standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems, controls, and wiring.
• Lead and oversee a team on job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.

• Required:
  • Valid Connecticut E2 or E1 Electrical License.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the electrical field, with a Journeyman Electrician.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work with large equipment.
  • Must provide personal hand tools.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
