- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret and execute electrical plans and blueprints in compliance with NEC standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems, controls, and wiring.
- Lead and oversee a team on job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to achieve project goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.
- Required:
- Valid Connecticut E2 or E1 Electrical License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 4 years of experience in the electrical field, with a Journeyman Electrician.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work with large equipment.
- Must provide personal hand tools.
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to pass a drug test.
