Licensed Electrician - Tradesmen International, Inc.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians for projects located in and around Hiawatha, IA.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $35-45/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Licensed Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Install and Repair Electrical Wiring Systems and Fixtures for Solar Projects
• Utilize Hand and Hydraulic Benders to Bend Conduit
• Install Conduit and Pipes for Wires and Cables
• Ensure Compliance with Code, all Installations, Comply with Local Codes and Regulations
• Work with Installation Teams to Complete Projects on Time
• Perform Proper Repairs and Corrections
• Test Electrical Components to Ensure Proper Installation 
• Use Ladders and Scaffolding when Necessary

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 3 Years of Electrical Experience, PV Experience is Preferred
  • Active Iowa State Journeyman License; Can accept JM License from Reciprocating State
  • Able to Interpret and Follow Blueprints and Electrical Schematics
  • Strong Knowledge of Electrical Codes and Safety Practices
  • Excellent Problem Solving Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Means of Transportation
  • Able to Regularly Stand, Bend, Kneel, and Lift up to 50 Pounds without Assistance
