Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Engage positively with clients, providing accurate information in a courteous manner.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively, ensuring satisfactory solutions.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy reviews, updates, and modifications as needed.
Client Education: Explain insurance options to clients clearly, helping them make informed decisions.
Feedback Gathering: Solicit and log customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Cooperate with other team members to maintain a high level of service.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active New York Personal Line or Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Customer-Centric: Strong focus on delivering superior customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Problem Solver: Ability to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
