Our client, a professional community management organization, is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) for a Portfolio Manager position.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$60k – $70k+ DOE
Position Overview:
The ideal Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) will manage a portfolio of condominium associations and HOA properties. Responsibilities include implementing and enforcing community regulations, managing day-to-day operations (financial and managerial), and engaging extensively with board members. This role offers an opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization.
Responsibilities of the Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM):
- Review, modify, and implement association/governing documents as needed.
- Prepare annual budgets and assist in forecasting funding requirements.
- Ensure adherence to expense limits for each association as per the management agreement.
- Conduct physical inspections to maintain compliance and address maintenance needs in common areas.
- Organize, manage, and attend board and membership meetings when necessary.
- Lead association workshops and review insurance requirements to secure policies.
- Provide high-level service in communications with board members, owners, developers, residents, and attorneys.
- Supervise HOA staff and vendors as needed.
- Research and maintain records on association matters.
Qualifications for the Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM):
- Active Florida LCAM license (or in the process of obtaining it).
- 1 – 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and independent thinking skills.
- Commitment to high standards of quality, professionalism, and organizational culture.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
