We are seeking a self-motivated individual with Commercial Lines insurance experience to join our team and assist with our rapidly growing business. The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for preparing and marketing new and renewal proposals for clients, quoting new business, processing endorsements, answering customer inquiries, cross-selling while collaborating with agents in the office, preparing correspondence, and other duties as requested. The role will also require you to manage multiple accounts in several different markets. Thus, an ideal candidate for the position will be knowledgeable in the product lines, have the ability to communicate well with clients, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and to obtain referrals.
- Use your savvy skills to create insurance quotes, answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up with your quality rapport-building talents.
- With your attention to detail, you'll be helping clients round out their accounts, assist with policy changes and renewals, and issue insurance documentation.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- 3-6 years of Commercial Account Manager / Customer Service and Insurance Experience
- Basic computer and technical proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Be a self-starter with critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task.
