- Starting salary is based on experience with commission and bonus. Expected first year commission and bonus may exceed $10,000.

Responsibilities
- Client Inquiries: Respond to client questions and requests regarding commercial insurance policies.
- Policy Changes: Process policy updates and modifications accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details for reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Strive for ongoing professional development and stay informed about industry trends and regulations.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active PA Property & Casualty License is mandatory
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to providing exceptional service and building client relationships.
