Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing certificates of insurance.
- Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
- Meeting business production goals and objectives as established by management.
- Work on renewals and offer rewrites if needed
- Have a strong background on all types of insurance products and be able to communicate coverage clearly to client
- strong customer service skills
- work on audits and endorsements as needed
- Be familiar with agent management system AMS 360
- Bring a positive team environment - encouraging collaboration development to fellow employees and co workers
- Account management
Requirements
- 4-40 or 2- 20 License Required
- 1-5 years Insurance-Service experience required
- **SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS**but not necessary - it is a service position
- Independent Agency experience preferred.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including 360 Agency Management software experience.?
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.?
