We are currently seeking a licensed clinical therapist - LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, for a per-diem status positions in the Salem, Oregon, office.

Hybrid position

Compensation:

• The pay range for this position is $29.65 - $44.45 per hour.

• Requirements:
• Must have an active and unrestricted license in the state of Oregon.
• Licensed Mental Health Therapist - LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.

We use the “Standards of Practice for Trauma Informed Care” from Trauma Informed Oregon to examine our government policy, finance, hiring, engagement, and treatment practices. We provide services in person and via our teletherapy phone or video platform.
