POSITION: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic services for patients needing substance abuse and mental health treatment.
• Develop treatment plans with the care team and connect patients to internal and external resources.
• Conduct Individual, Couples, Family, and Group Therapy, along with diagnostic assessments.
• Assist with Parenting Assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Supervise interns and perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills and understanding of parenting and child development.
• Experience with diverse populations in lower socio-economic conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of SBIRT assessment is a plus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid California Driver's License and dependable automobile.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.
• Proof of vaccinations and BLS/CPR certification required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
