Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Therapist - Bakersfield Behavioral Healthcare Hospital

We are an acute psychiatric and behavioral healthcare facility offering inpatient and outpatient services for individuals of all ages facing mental health and substance abuse challenges. We have full-time and per-diem positions available, requiring some weekend work. Responsibilities include counseling individuals and groups, developing treatment plans, and providing psychotherapeutic services as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Education: Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
• Experience: Minimum of two years, with one year in a behavioral or psychiatric setting preferred.
• Licenses: California-issued Clinical Social Worker license required.
