TEEMA Group is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in San Jose, CA, USA. The successful candidate will provide mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling services.

• Psychosocial Assessments

• Develop and implement treatment plans.

• Conduct assessments and evaluations.

• Provide crisis intervention services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Meditech

• Discharging planning

• Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California.

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or inpatient setting.

• Knowledgeable with CBT and DBT

• BLS Certification

Day Shift: 8:30am-5pm

Full - Time Contract Role
