Nuvance Health has a network of convenient hospital and outpatient locations — Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital and Sharon Hospital in Connecticut, and Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in New York — plus multiple primary and specialty care physician practices locations, including The Heart Center, a leading provider of cardiology care, and two urgent care offices.  Non-acute care is offered through various affiliates, including the Thompson House for rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, and the Home Care organizations.

Summary:

Nuvance Health has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker PRN in Danbury, Connecticut. The LCSW provides clinical services to emotionally ill individuals, collaborating with psychiatric and other health professionals for the purpose of quality treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates and assists full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker in running and documenting groups for Intensive Outpatient level of care.
• Provides coverage for full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker during vacation or illness.
• Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school
• Minimum of three years’ experience
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
