We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Specialist (LCSW) in Modesto, California, offering a competitive salary of up to $119,171 per year, plus bonuses and equity. This role involves working within a clinical interdisciplinary team to advocate for the behavioral health needs of participants, particularly the elderly, following the PACE care model.

Responsibilities:

Oversee a caseload of participants, providing therapy and managing care planning needs.

Document therapy sessions and assessments accurately.

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Behavioral Health (MSW) or Doctorate in Psychology (PhD).

Licensed as LCSW or Psychologist in California.

Minimum of five years of behavioral health experience and two years with elderly populations.
